Supports cost accounting for the wholesale footwear business by allocating duties, freight, broker, and trucking charges by division and purchase order. Audits and approves freight bills, reviews shipping documentation, maintains broker records, uploads duty allocation data, and assists with month-end and quarter-end closing. The role requires organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, deadline management, and on-site work five days per week.

The Sr. Handbag Designer will conduct trend analysis, develop designs, create technical documentation, and liaise with overseas factories while managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Assist in product development projects, collaborating with teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Initiates contact with existing and prospective customers, manages assigned accounts, achieves sales and profitability goals, develops customer relationships, penetrates new markets, and secures orders based on delivery dates and inventory. Support investor relations and corporate development by preparing earnings materials, investor presentations, financial analysis, SEC filing reviews, peer benchmarking, investor meeting preparation, and responding to analyst/investor requests. Monitor stock performance, analyst estimates, and industry trends while assisting senior management and the Board with briefing materials and ad hoc projects.

Provide legal counsel for European commercial activities and intellectual property matters. Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements; advise on EU trademark and design rights; manage IP enforcement and cross-border disputes; coordinate outside counsel; support regulatory, product launch, licensing, and marketing initiatives; deliver legal training and manage budgets for European matters.

Support brand, wholesale, retail, and international marketing initiatives: help plan and execute 360° campaigns, coordinate content and partner activations, create selling tools and retail assets, track performance and budgets, manage calendars and communications, assist store openings and global partner content distribution, and contribute to reporting and special projects.

Manage collections and daily chargeback research for wholesale accounts receivable. Duties include month-end support, aging report reconciliation, processing credit memos, researching unapplied payments and credit applications, responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with other departments on chargebacks, and producing past-due and chargeback reports.

Support the design team by maintaining sample rooms, tracking orders, creating swatch books and line sheets, assisting with sketching/CAD and product design, communicating with vendors, managing shipping/check-ins, and contributing to trend forecasting and brand direction. Handles administrative tasks, sample documentation, and special projects; requires domestic and international travel.

The Digital Designer will create graphics for marketing materials, maintain brand guidelines, collaborate with the marketing team, and manage multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency.

The Sr. Finance Manager oversees financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting for wholesale operations, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

Manage commercial performance and P&L for assigned brand portfolio on Amazon. Build seasonal account plans, negotiate with Amazon Vendor Managers, oversee item setup and catalog health, coordinate marketing and event readiness, monitor weekly performance metrics, and deliver post-event analysis. Partner with marketing and BI to drive sell-through and profitability while maintaining on-site presence in the New York Metro area.

Assist Senior Designer in creating cold weather and fashion accessories. Manage samples and tracking sheets, produce CADs and tech packs, communicate with factories and cross-functional teams, and support multiple seasonal projects.
