The Sr. Dress Designer leads design projects, translating creative ideas into market-ready products through research, concept development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include sketching, overseeing teams, and managing timelines while ensuring efficient communication and problem-solving throughout the design and production processes.

Manage end-to-end requisition workflow in the ATS, maintain job postings and descriptions, source and screen entry-level candidates, support internal mobility and referral programs, coordinate recruiting events and internships, and partner with hiring managers to improve candidate experience.
