Lead finance for an operating company: provide strategic financial leadership, GAAP and SOX-compliant reporting, forecasting and FP&A, drive profitability, support M&A due diligence and integration, build and develop finance teams, partner with operations and Steel Partners leadership to implement lean accounting and performance improvements.

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, vendor relations, logistics, inventory optimization, ERP-driven inventory controls, supplier compliance, and multi-site team management to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost control.
