Improves production flow, manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, scheduling, and cost efficiency at an industrial facility. The role monitors product flow, enforces quality controls, supports root-cause and corrective-action efforts, drives safety and operational metrics, assists with business projects, and collaborates with plant leadership and stakeholders. Travel of up to 20% to a sister plant is required as needed.

Build and deploy a Python-based production scheduling application with an HTML front end, SQL Server data warehouse, and AI/LLM capabilities. Develop data models, pipelines, transformations, and Tableau or Power BI reports. Support and configure ERP systems, databases, and business applications. Gather requirements, create functional designs, execute testing, and support integration, user acceptance, SOX, and CMMC compliance activities.

Supports and enhances ERP and related business applications, primarily using Microsoft SQL Server and BI tools. Configures databases, automates reports, documents business and technical requirements, supports data and lean initiatives, and participates in testing, integration, and user acceptance testing. The role partners with business users to improve processes, maintain application functionality, and deliver reliable enterprise solutions.
