Support HRIS data entry, audits, and HR operations; manage support mailbox; prepare reports and dashboards; design and deploy AI-enabled automations; own end-to-end process improvements; manage small HR technology projects and support training and change management.

Support quality assurance across customers, suppliers, and manufacturing by developing quality system policies, inspection/test plans, performing root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement using statistical techniques and quality methodologies.

Lead and manage on-the-job trainers and training programs across departments. Conduct needs assessments, hands-on and classroom certifications (forklift, low lift hoist, LOTO), evaluate trainee performance weekly and quarterly, coach trainers, monitor training effectiveness, and assist in developing training videos while ensuring compliance with company policies.
