Supervise and perform frac flowback and workover rig operations, lead crews, ensure safety and compliance, manage projects and schedules, drive company vehicles, work in all weather and away from home, perform heavy lifting, and use computer tools for reporting.

Supervise frac flowback operations and a crew of up to four, ensure safe operation and maintenance of high-pressure (up to 10,000 psi) equipment, manage fluids and separation processes, perform rigging, complete safety and cost reporting, train and mentor personnel, maintain client communication, and use FIRE software.

Support flowback operations: operate pressure vessels, pumps, and filtration equipment; rig up/down flowback iron; drive company trucks and trailers; monitor well returns and calculate tank levels/rates; maintain equipment and communicate constantly with supervisor and crew. Must be available by phone and able to work away from home for multiple consecutive days.
