Manage all well workover rig operations, safety, crew supervision, regulatory compliance, inventory, paperwork (rig tickets/JSAs), and troubleshooting of rig equipment. Ensure certifications, PPE, and incident reporting; support cost control and communication with company representatives.

Work on a workover rig transferring rod, tubing, and casing sections, operate rod hoist and triplex pumps, perform rig maintenance, assist rig operator and crew, participate in safety meetings and inspections, drive company vehicles, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and working at heights.

Work on a workover rig performing derrick duties: transfer and align rods/tubing, operate hoists and pumps, assist rig-up/rig-down, maintain and repair rig equipment, follow safety procedures, drive company vehicles, and participate in training and safety meetings.
