Lead development and execution of global sourcing and procurement strategy. Own supplier selection, performance, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, inventory strategy, and cross-functional alignment. Mentor procurement teams, standardize processes, and drive cost-reduction and capacity planning to support manufacturing and defense/aerospace customers.

Support HRIS data entry, audits, and HR operations; manage support mailbox; prepare reports and dashboards; design and deploy AI-enabled automations; own end-to-end process improvements; manage small HR technology projects and support training and change management.

Leads the plant-wide quality strategy and ISO 9001-compliant QMS for precision welded steel tubing manufacturing. Oversees inspections, calibration, audits, nonconforming material, APQP/PPAP launches, corrective actions, supplier quality, customer complaints, quality KPIs, and continuous improvement. Manages quality engineers, inspectors, and lab technicians while partnering with production, engineering, sales, suppliers, customers, and certification bodies.
