Own post-sale customer success for maritime IT and satellite communications clients. Manage onboarding, customer health, escalations, QBRs, reporting, renewals, advocacy, and expansion opportunities. Coordinate with Sales, Support, Managed IT, Product, and Engineering teams; monitor SLAs, uptime, utilization, fleet status, and satisfaction. Provide technical guidance across maritime networking, cybersecurity, managed IT, cloud backup, and connectivity services while maintaining executive relationships and reducing churn.

Supports the sales team with lead and enquiry management, customer communication, quotations, proposals, order processing, CRM updates, sales reporting, and follow-up activities. Coordinates across Sales, Finance, Operations, Technical, Procurement, and Management teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements. Maintains accurate records, tracks opportunities and renewals, supports pipeline forecasting, and assists with customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

Provide L1/L2 design, integration, configuration, troubleshooting and support for satellite communications (VSAT, L-band, LEO/MEO) across maritime, offshore and enterprise environments. Monitor terminals, remotely configure network devices, analyze RF and IP performance, support onboard installations, maintain ticketing documentation, escalate to OEMs, and participate in on-call rotation.

Monitor and manage CCTV systems and NVR/DVR infrastructure 24/7, diagnose and resolve first- and second-level CCTV and network issues, log and escalate incidents, coordinate field technicians, maintain asset inventory, run health checks and reports, and follow NOC SOPs and SLAs.

Provide L2/L3 technical support by resolving escalated tickets, coordinating third-party vendors, monitoring SLAs and aging tickets, conducting handovers, participating in major incident management and RCA, maintaining SOPs and documentation, and mentoring support teams to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.

Lead sales for maritime connectivity solutions by hunting new customers, managing key accounts, developing regional sales strategies, negotiating contracts, building a sales team, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver VSAT, satellite and vessel IT solutions across shipping, offshore and ports.

Manage post-delivery customer relationships for maritime satcom and managed IT services: onboard customers, monitor health and SLAs, own escalations, run QBRs, drive adoption, surface feedback to product, and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating across Sales, Support, Managed IT and Product teams.
