Promote OneWeb satellite broadband and satellite phone solutions across South India, generate leads in fisheries and maritime markets, develop customer and channel-partner relationships, conduct meetings, negotiate commercial agreements, and support business development. Extensive travel across southern states is required. Candidates should speak Tamil, Malayalam, and English and preferably have one year of sales or business development experience.

Supports the sales team with lead and enquiry management, customer communication, quotations, proposals, order processing, CRM updates, sales reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Maintains accurate records, follows up on pending actions, supports customer retention, and assists with upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Execute end-to-end maritime and satellite communication service activations, resolve activation complaints, and provide multichannel B2B customer support. Coordinate with technical and billing teams on integrations, onboarding, and validation. Monitor satellite services operations, maintain documentation, manage escalations, and lead technical training and team development initiatives.
