Lead the country operations function to meet regulatory, SLA and quality targets. Manage operations teams, drive process improvement, automation and digitization, control budgets, mitigate risk, and represent Operations at executive level. Build stakeholder relationships, resolve escalations, monitor performance dashboards, and enable data-led decision making to improve controls and client experience.

Lead enterprise-wide ESG strategy and implementation for Standard Insurance Limited, ensuring regulatory alignment, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Provide oversight and coordination of sustainability initiatives, manage ESG-related regulatory compliance with second-line Compliance, and support data analysis, disclosures, and project enablement.

Lead development and implementation of open-market life insurance products and product management framework across the product lifecycle. Drive income, sales and profitability targets, define growth strategies for new markets, channels and products, and optimise market share. Requires technical underwriting, actuarial expertise, and practical experience in intermediated retail long-term insurance.

Manage payment request processing, perform spot checks and due diligence, release manual/automated payments, resolve complex payment queries, and ensure compliance with exchange control regulations.

Lead country-level compliance risk management, ensure adherence to Group frameworks, manage regulatory relationships, implement monitoring plans and training, advise executives, lead embedded compliance team, and manage related budgets to minimise regulatory, financial, and reputational risk.

Support Customer Consultants by enabling branch sales support and operational effectiveness. Ensure customer banking needs are met, manage risks for new accounts/mandates/specimen signatures, handle credit-related issues (loan follow-ups), and liaise with customers while maintaining high integrity and compliance.
