Administer and govern SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams across a multinational organisation. Manage site provisioning, permissions, lifecycle, security, compliance, retention and migrations. Partner with Cyber Security and Infrastructure, support audits, implement governance, and optimise workflows using Power Platform to improve adoption and platform reliability.

Design, implement, and operate secure, resilient OT network infrastructure for hyperscale data centre sites. Senior mechanical technical authority for EMEA data centre platform. Own cooling strategy, plant standards, thermal performance and energy efficiency. Define modular mechanical building blocks, review consultant designs, govern deviations, support regional teams through design-to-commissioning, and drive roadmap for liquid cooling and sustainability.

Hands-on OT Systems Engineer responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining OT and virtualized infrastructure (BMS, EPMS, SCADA) in hyperscale data centres. Support Windows/Linux/VMware platforms, troubleshoot incidents, apply security and resilience best practices, perform patching/backups, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors. Site-based role near Milan with occasional out-of-hours support.

Lead mechanical and cooling engineering governance across STACK's EMEA data centre portfolio. Act as Authorising Engineer for mechanical safety rules, develop standards, support design reviews, commissioning and operational acceptance, drive reliability and efficiency improvements, conduct audits, oversee vendors, and mentor engineering and operations teams.

Lead technical authority for controls and monitoring across EMEA. Define standards, improve reliability, optimise BMS/SCADA/DCIM systems, review designs, support commissioning and handover, manage alarms and incident RCA, enforce governance, and mentor operational teams while partnering with vendors and stakeholders.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data centre design and construction projects in the Frankfurt area. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, permitting, contractors, commissioning and handover while ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, quality and operational readiness. Coordinate internal teams, vendors and local authorities and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.

Technical authority for controls and monitoring systems across STACK's EMEA portfolio. Define controls standards, improve reliability and alarm quality, review designs, support commissioning and operational acceptance, lead incident investigations, maintain governance (backups, version control, testing) and partner with vendors and stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and resilience of BMS/SCADA/EMS/EPMS/DCIM systems.

Lead mechanical and cooling infrastructure governance across STACK's EMEA data centres. Act as Authorising Engineer for Mechanical Safety Rules, support design review, commissioning, operational acceptance, technical assurance, vendor oversight, and continuous improvement to improve resilience, efficiency and reliability.

Translate hyperscale client technical requirements into actionable mechanical engineering solutions for data centres, focusing on HVAC, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC, heat rejection, CFD/thermal modelling, and commissioning. Lead technical workshops, review designs and interfaces, manage risk and change, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams from design through construction and operational handover. Support performance validation and continuous improvement across EMEA with up to 25% travel.

Lead development and continuous improvement of delivery processes, document management, governance and digital tools to ensure consistent, efficient project delivery. Own Delivery Management System, manage templates/registers, support system implementation and reporting, partner with Digital/IT/PMO, monitor compliance, drive automation and standardisation, and provide training to embed best practice across delivery teams.
