Lead mechanical and cooling infrastructure governance across STACK's EMEA data centres. Act as Authorising Engineer for Mechanical Safety Rules, support design review, commissioning, operational acceptance, technical assurance, vendor oversight, and continuous improvement to improve resilience, efficiency and reliability.

Lead and own project and portfolio reporting for delivery teams, set reporting standards and governance, develop executive dashboards (Power BI), ensure data quality and validation, partner with PMO and stakeholders, drive automation and continuous improvement, and support audits and reporting assurance.

Own reporting frameworks, drive digital transformation, coach a specialist team, and provide portfolio insights to senior leadership.

Senior HR Business Partner responsible for strategic people leadership across Client Services, Engineering and Operations in EMEA. Partner with senior leaders to deliver workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, leadership development, employee relations and operational HR solutions. Support multi-site, multi-country operations, ensuring compliance with local law and improving organisational capability and engagement.
