Teams at Stack Infrastructure

Leads end-to-end client fit-out projects across hyperscale data centers in EMEA. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, quality, commissioning, acceptance, and handover while coordinating clients, engineers, construction partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Oversees telecom, physical security, office, storage, and white space deployments, manages NRC forecasting, and drives standardized delivery processes. The role also leads technical implementation engineers in Italy and supports projects in Switzerland with short-notice travel.

Supports EMEA budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, reporting, consolidation, variance analysis, scenario modelling, and business-case development. The role translates financial and operational data into actionable insights, challenges assumptions, improves FP&A tools and processes, and partners with Finance, Operations, senior leaders, and investors. It also develops scalable, transparent, and auditable financial models while delivering ad hoc analysis and performance commentary.

Lead all aspects of EMEA reward, including compensation frameworks, benefits, pay equity, payroll governance, benchmarking, annual reviews, bonus/incentive processes, reward modelling, budgeting and data analysis. Partner with Finance and senior leaders to design scalable, commercially focused programmes; oversee EMEA payroll governance and vendor relationships; use data and technology to inform pay equity and benchmarking; and provide governance, communication and continuous improvement across reward processes.
