Partner with engineering and infrastructure leaders across EMEA to manage end-to-end recruitment for data centre roles. Build talent pipelines via direct sourcing and mapping, provide market intelligence and workforce planning, leverage AI tools to improve sourcing and productivity, use recruitment data to inform hiring decisions, and deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Technical authority for controls and monitoring across STACK's EMEA data centre portfolio. Define standards and integration principles for BMS/SCADA/EMS/EPMS/DCIM, support design reviews, commissioning and operational acceptance, drive reliability and alarm-quality improvements, and provide escalation support, governance and mentoring across operations and engineering teams.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decisions. Manage debt financing activities, covenant compliance, lender reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization. Improve FP&A processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial governance and project funding.
