Manage consultants, develop scopes, schedules, budgets, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, technical reports, risk assessments, and execution strategies while supporting cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.

Lead site external relations to advance business and social performance through stakeholder engagement, community development, social-risk management, communications, and grievance handling. Advise site leadership, manage staff/consultants and budgets, implement community development and cultural heritage programs, support ESG reporting, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder strategies for permitting, projects, and operations.

Lead design, reliability, and optimization of high-voltage electrical distribution and plant power systems for a mine site. Troubleshoot failures, implement preventive/predictive maintenance, lead electrical scope on capital projects, manage contractors, ensure safety and code compliance, mentor staff, and drive reliability and performance improvements.

Lead safe, efficient operation of a gold processing plant (grinding, gravimetric concentration, CIP), manage metallurgy, assay and refinery teams, drive continuous improvement, budgeting, reporting, automation opportunities, and ensure environmental and safety compliance to meet production targets.

Design, implement, and optimize open-pit drilling and blasting programs. Monitor drilling execution, ensure safety and environmental compliance, analyze performance and costs, report monthly, and collaborate with geologists, planners, and operations to meet production targets.

Lead planning and execution of complex environmental and water management projects to meet regulatory and operational objectives. Provide mill-specific safety and training for site personnel: develop and deliver classroom and hands-on training, assess training needs, mentor staff, maintain training administration, support H&S programs, conduct inspections and ensure regulatory compliance, and improve safety and training standards at a remote FIFO mill operation.
