Supervise and lead geotechnicians and drilling contractors to ensure safe, efficient exploration drilling operations. Manage drill performance tracking, consumables, safety audits, training, QA/QC, inventory, invoice reconciliation, and contractor compliance with SSR standards and SOPs.

Lead on-site supply chain operations including warehouse, logistics and inventory control. Develop 1-2 year materials management plans, implement ERP-based warehouse systems, deliver KPIs and reporting, manage budgets, build a high-performance team, coordinate ice-road bulk material scheduling, and apply industry best practices to improve site efficiency.

Provide reliability engineering support for open pit equipment through data analysis, failure and root-cause investigations, predictive maintenance, lifecycle management, and improvement initiatives. Lead predictive technologies, track maintenance KPIs, support commissioning and supplier evaluation, and contribute to safety and MSHA investigations while mentoring maintenance staff and managing maintenance data.
