Supports the reliability, security, and availability of site network and infrastructure systems. Designs and deploys wired and wireless networks, configures firewalls and VPNs, monitors performance, troubleshoots outages, manages hybrid AWS and Azure environments, applies patches and backups, and maintains technical documentation. The role also collaborates with centralized network and helpdesk teams, provides technical support, and may require after-hours and weekend response.

Supports government relations, public policy research, legislative and regulatory monitoring, advocacy strategy, stakeholder engagement, industry association participation, and executive communications. The role prepares briefings, policy materials, reports, and presentations; maintains tracking systems and stakeholder records; coordinates meetings and outreach; and collaborates with legal, environmental, communications, sustainability, operations, and community relations teams.

Designs and delivers SAP solutions aligned with business processes and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include SAP architecture, integrations, S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, process optimization, governance, compliance, testing, stakeholder collaboration, functional-team guidance, user support, and mentoring. The role supports SAP BTP, Fiori, AI-driven analytics, audit readiness, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring scalable, cost-effective solutions and adherence to clean-core and change-management practices.
