Coordinate and administer day-to-day airport security operations at Cochin, liaise with outsourced security provider and authorities, implement SriLankan and BCAS AVSEC procedures and circulars, handle security-related administrative matters to maintain high security standards and cost-effective service delivery.

Lead and perform continuous monitoring and audit analytics engagements: develop and plan programs, collect and document evidence, report findings to management, follow up on recommendations, and complete special assignments to support divisional priorities and GAAS standards.

Lead the Information Systems audit function: develop and execute annual IS audit plans, report findings to the Audit Committee and senior management, monitor IT projects for governance and security compliance, guide staff on IS controls and risk management, perform special reviews, and improve engagement management through digitalization and collaboration with IT.

Lead and protect the Group legally by drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts; managing litigation and dispute resolution domestically and overseas; liaising with external counsel; protecting intellectual property; advising internal departments on compliance; handling conveyancing; and monitoring claims and regulatory developments in aviation and commercial law.

Lead and conduct detailed internal investigations into staff misconduct, gather evidence, liaise with law enforcement, support HR disciplinary processes and prosecutions at domestic tribunals, perform surveillance and VVIP security duties, maintain records, and support departmental priorities.
