Manage resources, budgets, and investigation quality; represent the company to law enforcement and regulators; direct prosecution and disciplinary inquiries; audit processes; mentor and manage Investigations and Document Checkers teams; report outcomes and compliance risks to senior management.

Lead and conduct detailed internal investigations into staff misconduct, gather evidence, liaise with law enforcement, support HR disciplinary processes and prosecutions at domestic tribunals, perform surveillance and VVIP security duties, maintain records, and support departmental priorities.
