Represents the company before law enforcement, government, and regulatory authorities. Manages and mentors investigations and document-checking teams, establishes performance standards, resolves high-profile cases, and aligns investigative activities with organizational policies and business continuity requirements.

Supervise and support End User Computing services, resolving incidents and service requests through on-site and remote technical assistance. Guide technical support staff, coordinate IT equipment deployments, perform preventive maintenance, follow change-management procedures, and implement service improvements. The role ensures reliable IT infrastructure, adherence to service levels, effective issue resolution, and strong collaboration with internal and external support teams.
