Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling. Provide variance analysis, KPI tracking, and decision support for product launches and international entries. Serve as the dental subject-matter expert within Software R&D to inform product design, test and validate features, analyze clinical and lab workflows, identify automation opportunities, and support QA. Apply hands-on dental experience while learning software development and AI-powered tooling to improve restorative, denture, aligner, surgical, and appliance workflows.

Provide technical support and training for dental labs and clinics, advising on digital workflows, system setup, validation, and CAD/CAM integrations. Manage customer cases in Salesforce, collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues, support cloud-based dental software and materials, and represent the company at international events and trade shows.

Manage international trade compliance and global logistics operations, including import/export documentation, HTS/ECCN classification, carrier and customs broker relationships, audits, compliance policy development, training, shipment coordination, and freight cost optimization to ensure regulatory adherence and on-time delivery.

Act as the regional link to customers by advising and training dentists, labs, and partners on 3D printing and digital workflows, managing a sales territory, building relationships, running workshops, collaborating with workflow partners, using CRM (Salesforce), and achieving sales targets.

Expand SprintRay's BENELUX presence by developing accounts with dentists, labs, distributors and KOLs. Deliver demos, trainings, events, and trade show representation; support product launches and manage sales activity in Salesforce to drive adoption of digital dental workflows and 3D printing solutions.

Support month-end and year-end close, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries, assist audits, maintain GAAP compliance, and design, test, and implement AI and automation workflows to streamline finance processes and system integrations.

Support HubSpot email and landing page builds, create and QA automated workflows, manage list segmentation and event communications, track basic performance metrics, maintain event calendars and checklists, troubleshoot workflows, proofread content, and assist with occasional day-of event logistics.
