Responsibilities include project scheduling, risk and budget management, resin formulation, sample preparation, 3D printing, materials testing, DOE, data analysis, design verification, stability studies, supplier investigations, scale-up, and technology transfer. The role also supports supply chain planning, quality documentation, and business-case development while collaborating with R&D, regulatory, clinical, quality, product, marketing, and manufacturing teams.

Coordinates employee events, workplace experiences, office operations, front-desk activities, executive support, onboarding logistics, vendors, and People Services projects. Plans events and retreats, manages supplies and visitors, coordinates meetings and travel, supports leadership, tracks project tasks, and proactively resolves workplace needs. The role is fully onsite and requires strong organization, discretion, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach.

Lead SprintRay’s global marketing strategy and organization, shaping brand positioning, product marketing, channel and distributor programs, demand generation, digital performance, creative, clinical marketing, and global operations. Build scalable global-to-regional systems, launch innovative dental technology products, drive adoption through distribution, establish measurable funnel and revenue KPIs, and develop a high-performing international marketing team.

Owns an 18-month supply plan across global manufacturing and distribution operations. Responsibilities include MRP execution, production and procurement planning, capacity analysis, inventory target setting, replenishment, S&OP leadership, supplier coordination, new product and lifecycle planning, KPI ownership, and process improvement. The role requires translating demand forecasts into actionable plans while balancing availability, inventory investment, capacity, shelf life, and working capital.

Own end-to-end U.S. payroll processing in ADP Workforce Now, coordinate Canadian and global payroll activities, manage commissions and adjustments, perform audits and reconciliations, support payroll taxes and compliance, resolve employee payroll issues, and improve payroll processes and controls.

Provides phone, email, and remote technical support for dental software, 3D printers, post-processing equipment, and digital workflows. Owns customer cases from intake through resolution, troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, and workflow issues, documents findings in CRM systems, and escalates recurring issues. Contributes to support documentation, process improvements, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with technical, quality, research, and product teams. Occasional travel and EST-hour flexibility are required.

Manages product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, profitability reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. Partners with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering teams to improve cost accuracy, identify savings opportunities, support pricing decisions, reconcile inventory, and assist with month-end close and audits.

Design, build, and operate scalable software, cloud services, IoT workflows, microservices, and device software for digital dentistry and 3D printing. Own features end to end from requirements through observability, improve reliability, performance, and cost, and collaborate with technical leaders, product managers, and global engineering teams. Integrate AI and algorithms across native applications and cloud systems while maintaining strong standards for scalability, testability, documentation, and operational excellence.

Design, prototype, and validate mechanical and electromechanical systems from concept through manufacturing. Run experiments, analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create test jigs, and document engineering findings to transition research into product architectures.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling. Provide variance analysis, KPI tracking, and decision support for product launches and international entries. Build management/board presentations, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and drive FP&A process automation and strategic/ad-hoc analyses including M&A and pricing.
