Supports adoption of digital dentistry and 3D printing solutions across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include advising dental professionals and laboratories, delivering product and workflow training, conducting demonstrations and workshops, supporting reseller sales activities, managing customer relationships, attending industry events, following up on leads, maintaining Salesforce records, and sharing market feedback with internal teams.

Own and build the growth marketing engine for a strategic initiative, covering acquisition, paid media, ecommerce, lifecycle email, social, SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, analytics, and retention. The role requires hands-on campaign execution, experimentation, funnel optimization, and accountability for CAC, pipeline, revenue, and ROI. The lead will initially operate independently, leverage external partners selectively, and eventually help build and lead the marketing team.

Leads the IT department and enterprise systems strategy, overseeing SAP or Oracle ERP migration programs, infrastructure, cybersecurity, budgets, vendors, governance, and IT operations. Manages technical teams, directs data migration methodology and cutovers, ensures system availability and compliance, and reports technology performance and migration progress to executive leadership.

Provide bilingual French and English technical support for dental 3D printing software, hardware, post-processing equipment, and workflows. Diagnose issues, manage customer cases from intake through resolution, document findings in CRM systems, communicate solutions, and escalate recurring problems. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Product Development, and support teams to improve documentation and customer satisfaction. Occasional travel and EST-hour flexibility are required.

Provides phone, email, and remote technical support for dental software, 3D printers, post-processing equipment, and digital workflows. Owns customer cases from intake through resolution, troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, and workflow issues, documents findings in CRM systems, and escalates recurring issues. Contributes to support documentation, process improvements, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with technical, quality, research, and product teams. Occasional travel and EST-hour flexibility are required.

Manages product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, profitability reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. Partners with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering teams to improve cost accuracy, identify savings opportunities, support pricing decisions, reconcile inventory, and assist with month-end close and audits.

Design, build, and operate scalable software, cloud services, IoT workflows, microservices, and device software for digital dentistry and 3D printing. Own features end to end from requirements through observability, improve reliability, performance, and cost, and collaborate with technical leaders, product managers, and global engineering teams. Integrate AI and algorithms across native applications and cloud systems while maintaining strong standards for scalability, testability, documentation, and operational excellence.

Design, prototype, and validate mechanical and electromechanical systems from concept through manufacturing. Run experiments, analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create test jigs, and document engineering findings to transition research into product architectures.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling. Provide variance analysis, KPI tracking, and decision support for product launches and international entries. Build management/board presentations, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and drive FP&A process automation and strategic/ad-hoc analyses including M&A and pricing.

Act as the regional link to customers by advising and training dentists, labs, and partners on 3D printing and digital workflows, managing a sales territory, building relationships, running workshops, collaborating with workflow partners, using CRM (Salesforce), and achieving sales targets.

Expand SprintRay's BENELUX presence by developing accounts with dentists, labs, distributors and KOLs. Deliver demos, trainings, events, and trade show representation; support product launches and manage sales activity in Salesforce to drive adoption of digital dental workflows and 3D printing solutions.

Support month-end and year-end close, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries, assist audits, maintain GAAP compliance, and design, test, and implement AI and automation workflows to streamline finance processes and system integrations.
