About the Role

SprintRay is a global leader in dental 3D printing, developing innovative technologies that are transforming digital dentistry and chairside care.

We are looking for a Vice President, Global Marketing to lead SprintRay’s global marketing strategy and organization during an important stage of growth. This executive will shape how SprintRay and our products show up in the market, with a particular focus on building category leadership for Midas, our capsule-based chairside 3D printing platform.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role. The VP, Global Marketing will oversee global positioning, product marketing, channel and distributor marketing, demand generation, digital, creative and brand strategy while building an operating model that enables strong execution across our global markets.

The ideal leader has experience building markets, launching innovative products, and driving growth through distribution. They are equally comfortable defining a global brand narrative, developing a go-to-market strategy, analyzing funnel performance, and building the teams and systems required to execute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Positioning & Messaging
Define and lead SprintRay’s global positioning and messaging architecture across Midas and our broader product portfolio. Build clear, differentiated narratives that translate complex technology and clinical value into compelling customer and partner stories.

  • Product Marketing
Lead product marketing strategy across the portfolio, translating clinical evidence and product capabilities into differentiated positioning, competitive intelligence, launch strategies, sales enablement, and go-to-market programs.

  • Channel & Distributor Marketing
Build a world-class channel marketing strategy that enables our distribution partners to effectively represent SprintRay in the market. Develop scalable enablement, training, co-marketing, and campaign programs that strengthen partner engagement and drive adoption.

  • Demand Generation & Digital
Own the global performance marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, website strategy, SEO/AEO, lead generation, and funnel performance. Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.

  • Creative & Brand
Lead SprintRay’s global brand and creative strategy across campaigns, visual identity, events, trade shows, digital channels, and product experiences. Ensure a consistent and differentiated brand experience across markets.

  • Clinical Marketing
Partner closely with Clinical Strategy and cross-functional leaders to translate clinical evidence into compelling, compliant marketing claims and customer-facing narratives.

  • Global Marketing Operations
Build a scalable global-to-regional marketing model that provides teams across North America, EMEA, ANZ, Latin America, and other markets with the strategy, tools, content, and frameworks needed to execute effectively while maintaining a consistent global brand.

  • Team & Organizational Leadership
Lead, develop, and evolve a high-performing global marketing organization. Establish clear priorities, roles, operating rhythms, and accountability while building the capabilities required for SprintRay’s next stage of growth.

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant leadership experience in medical devices, dental technology, healthcare technology, or a related industry.

  • Demonstrated success building brands and driving growth through distributor and channel-based business models.

  • Experience leading global or multi-region marketing organizations and creating effective global-to-regional operating models.

  • Proven success launching innovative products and building adoption within established categories.

  • Strong experience across product marketing, brand, demand generation, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Experience building and developing high-performing marketing teams.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience partnering with Sales, Product, Clinical, R&D, and executive leadership.

Skills & Leadership Style
  • Strategic storyteller. You can translate complex technology and clinical value into clear, differentiated positioning that customers and partners understand.

  • Channel-oriented. You understand how to drive demand and adoption through distributors and how to equip channel partners to effectively represent a brand and product portfolio.

  • Commercially minded. You connect marketing investments to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Builder mentality. You enjoy creating organizations, processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms—not simply maintaining what already exists.

  • Data-driven. You use customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to make decisions and continuously improve execution.

  • Global perspective. You understand how to build a consistent global strategy while enabling regions to adapt execution to their local markets.

  • Strong people leader. You set clear expectations, develop talent, make thoughtful decisions, and create accountability while building a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in dental technology, digital dentistry, chairside workflows, CAD/CAM, restorative materials, or dental laboratory technology.

  • Experience marketing a platform that combines hardware and recurring consumables.

  • Experience working with large national or international distributors.

  • International marketing experience across EMEA, APAC, or Latin America.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
