Leads cross-functional materials development programs from concept through commercialization while performing hands-on laboratory R&D. Responsibilities include project scheduling, risk and budget management, resin formulation, sample preparation, 3D printing, materials testing, DOE, data analysis, design verification, stability studies, supplier investigations, scale-up, and technology transfer. The role also supports supply chain planning, quality documentation, and business-case development while collaborating with R&D, regulatory, clinical, quality, product, marketing, and manufacturing teams.

Leads the IT department and enterprise systems strategy, overseeing SAP or Oracle ERP migration programs, infrastructure, cybersecurity, budgets, vendors, governance, and IT operations. Manages technical teams, directs data migration methodology and cutovers, ensures system availability and compliance, and reports technology performance and migration progress to executive leadership.

Coordinates employee events, workplace experiences, office operations, front-desk activities, executive support, onboarding logistics, vendors, and People Services projects. Plans events and retreats, manages supplies and visitors, coordinates meetings and travel, supports leadership, tracks project tasks, and proactively resolves workplace needs. The role is fully onsite and requires strong organization, discretion, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach.
