Manage store-level pharmacy operations, including prescription fulfillment, inventory, records, regulatory compliance, audits, clinical programs, customer service, budgeting, and pharmacy staff leadership. Manages franchise loyalty and CRM programs for grocery stores, including promotions, digital offers, customer communications, segmentation, analytics, reporting, database administration, and store support.
