Assist pharmacists by accurately dispensing medications under supervision, receive prescription and refill requests, maintain patient profiles and insurance forms, operate pharmacy systems and cash register, stock inventory, handle automation and damaged/outdated products, and follow HIPAA and pharmacy laws while providing customer service.

Provide analytical insights and reporting to support sales and supply chain. Monitor inventory, pricing, and item setup; manage new item catalog and assortment; develop and adopt business reports (PowerBI); identify root causes, support customer initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product movement and reduce shrink.

The Specialist, Pharmacy Support maintains the Pharmacy enterprise system, provides support and training to pharmacy associates, and develops training materials. Responsibilities include issue resolution, system updates, and training effectiveness evaluation.
