Manages franchise loyalty and CRM programs for grocery stores, including promotions, digital offers, customer communications, segmentation, analytics, reporting, database administration, and store support. Partners with marketing, merchandising, IT, finance, ecommerce, vendors, and franchise leaders to improve loyalty adoption, customer retention, engagement, and sales. Provides training, resolves program issues, monitors performance, maintains customer data privacy, and recommends program enhancements based on trends and insights.

Manages day-to-day HR activities across assigned locations, including workforce planning, associate relations, onboarding, training, performance management, employee records, compliance, claims investigations, and management guidance. Partners with leadership on employment law, affirmative action, EEO, OFCCP, and HR process improvements. May oversee HR department operations, lead projects, and travel between company locations.

Optimize warehouse item placement and capacity by slotting new products, maintaining alignment between WMS data and physical locations, and applying safety, product, and operational criteria. Review improvement opportunities, reduce damage, improve productivity, coordinate with site leadership and corporate procurement or master data teams, and ensure accurate labels, dimensions, capacities, and warehouse rules.
