Serve as first-line technical support for customers: triage and resolve tickets, create and refine product rules, monitor product performance with SQL/Hex/dashboards, escalate complex issues to Engineering/Data, and document troubleshooting processes.

Manage full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and data science roles: partner with hiring managers, build sourcing strategies, own ATS (Ashby) administration, track hiring metrics, improve recruiting processes, and deliver excellent candidate experience in a hybrid NYC role.

As the first product hire, you'll shape core features and product strategy, translate customer insights into a roadmap, and define design standards while aligning cross-functional teams.
