Own the full fintech sales cycle from prospecting through close, manage strategic territory plans, build pipeline through research and networking, and engage fintech decision-makers. Collaborate with executives, account executives, solutions, product, and engineering teams to refine sales strategy and product positioning. Track customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline metrics in the CRM while reporting results to leadership.

Own the Agent, Console, and enrichment product verticals from strategy through delivery. Lead roadmap prioritization, develop AI- and LLM-powered capabilities, collaborate with engineering and data science, gather customer feedback, define platform UX/UI, and coordinate product launches with marketing. This role builds a new B2B product line for fintech customers and requires strong technical fluency and end-to-end product management experience.

Lead Spade’s transaction enrichment product, owning its roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and scalability across billions of monthly API calls. Partner with engineering, data science, leadership, sales, marketing, and customers to build high-quality B2B financial data products. Gather customer feedback, define next-generation enrichment capabilities, support product launches, and establish product processes from scratch.
