Build Spade’s enterprise outbound sales motion from the ground up. Research named bank and fintech accounts, create tailored email and LinkedIn sequences, handle objections, book qualified meetings, maintain CRM accuracy, report pipeline metrics, and manage conference and dinner outreach. The role requires independent BDR experience, strong writing, enterprise prospecting ability, event-based pipeline generation, and proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot and outbound sales tools.

Own the full fintech sales cycle from prospecting through close, manage strategic territory plans, build pipeline through research and networking, and engage fintech decision-makers. Collaborate with executives, account executives, solutions, product, and engineering teams to refine sales strategy and product positioning. Track customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline metrics in the CRM while reporting results to leadership.

Own the Agent, Console, and enrichment product verticals from strategy through delivery. Lead roadmap prioritization, develop AI- and LLM-powered capabilities, collaborate with engineering and data science, gather customer feedback, define platform UX/UI, and coordinate product launches with marketing. This role builds a new B2B product line for fintech customers and requires strong technical fluency and end-to-end product management experience.
