Build and ship end-to-end ML/AI systems (traditional ML, NLP, LLMs/AI agents) on transaction, merchant, and location data. Prototype, productionize, and monitor models, collaborate with engineering and product, and (for senior hires) shape roadmap and mentor teammates.

Own the full sales cycle for fintech customers, build pipeline through research and networking, collaborate with CRO and cross-functional teams, provide product feedback, manage forecasting and close deals while helping define sales strategy at an early-stage startup.

Own strategic customer relationships post-sale including implementations, product adoption, renewals, pricing negotiations, expansion, executive engagement, and cross-functional issue resolution while building scalable post-sales playbooks.

First finance hire responsible for FP&A, monthly close, cash management, accounting/bookkeeping, financial reporting, investor and board materials, financial strategy and scenario planning, implementing finance systems, establishing controls, and supporting fundraising and strategic decisions alongside CEO/COO.

Act as first-line technical support for customers: triage and resolve tickets, create product rules, monitor product performance with SQL/BI tools, surface insights to Product/Data/Engineering, and document troubleshooting processes.

Build and own low-latency, highly scalable backend APIs and data systems for transaction enrichment. Design infrastructure, implement data pipelines, debug production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable products processing billions of transactions.
