Full-cycle technical recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring engineering and data science talent, partnering with hiring managers, owning ATS administration (Ashby), tracking hiring metrics, improving recruiting processes, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. Hybrid role based in NYC (Flatiron).

Act as first-line technical support for customers: triage and resolve tickets, create product rules, monitor product performance with SQL/BI tools, surface insights to Product/Data/Engineering, and document troubleshooting processes.

Build and own low-latency, highly scalable backend APIs and data systems for transaction enrichment. Design infrastructure, implement data pipelines, debug production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable products processing billions of transactions.
