Perform bookkeeping tasks including reconciling bank and investment accounts, recording and verifying financial transactions, processing payments/refunds, preparing fund financials and maintaining trust fund records. Coordinate with internal teams, trustees, banks and vendors and support audits and team activities.

Audit medical and dental claims: verify plan rules, policies, coding (CPT/ICD), research processing issues, prepare management reports, support testing, and participate in team activities.

Provide member eligibility and enrollment support by processing enrollment and legal documents, handling member inquiries and escalations, verifying provider credentials, processing appeals, and serving as primary client contact while documenting interactions and working with team members.

Review, analyze and process medical and dental claims from first submission to final payment. Apply plan designs, maintain accuracy, production and quality standards, collaborate with team members, participate in training and meetings, and complete additional assigned projects.
