Audits medical and dental claims, researches processing issues, applies plan and compliance requirements, prepares statistical reports and recommendations, and supports system testing. Requires medical claims analysis experience, knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Reviews, analyzes, and processes medical and dental claims from initial submission through final payment. Applies plan designs, medical terminology, CPT and ICD codes, and claim forms to ensure accurate, timely processing while meeting production and quality standards. Collaborates with team members, participates in training, manages assigned projects, and uses Excel and Word for claims-related work.
