Teams at Southwest Service Administrators, Inc.

Review, analyze and process medical and dental claims from first submission to final payment, ensuring accuracy, production and quality standards. Apply plan designs, assess medical documentation, collaborate with team members, participate in trainings, and handle assigned projects.

Perform bookkeeping tasks including reconciling bank and investment accounts, recording and verifying financial transactions, processing payments/refunds, preparing fund financials and maintaining trust fund records. Coordinate with internal teams, trustees, banks and vendors and support audits and team activities.

Audit medical and dental claims: verify plan rules, policies, coding (CPT/ICD), research processing issues, prepare management reports, support testing, and participate in team activities.
