Lead vendor relationships, open enrollment, audits, HRIS configuration, reporting, and team development. Partner with HR, payroll, legal, and finance to improve programs and deliver a positive employee experience.

Support patient payment processing and validate provider data, monitor service line accounting, review monthly performance, and consult with department directors on variances.
