Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the VP/Chief, including scheduling, correspondence, presentation preparation, budget assistance, financial monitoring, and coordination of executive reporting and meetings to help achieve strategic goals.

Manage strategy and operations for employee benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws. Lead vendor relationships, open enrollment, audits, HRIS configuration, reporting, and team development. Partner with HR, payroll, legal, and finance to improve programs and deliver a positive employee experience.

Provide quality CT imaging services at Herrin Hospital on a PRN basis. Perform CT scans, use PACS for image management, assist clerical duties, verify protocols with radiologists, and maintain IV/contrast competency and required certifications.

Manage and coordinate endoscopy and operating room nursing staff and patient care services. Oversee clinical programs, liaise with medical staff, ensure regulatory survey readiness (JCAHO, IDPH), monitor patient/family/physician expectations, and support positive patient outcomes.

Provide professional nursing care for SIH patients in endoscopy, including assessment, individualized care planning, implementation, evaluation, patient/family teaching, documentation, delegation/supervision of support staff, advocacy and interdisciplinary collaboration. Maintain required certifications, complete competencies, and float to other SIH nursing units within competency.

Provide quality CT imaging services, perform CT scans, operate PACS correctly, verify scan protocols with radiologists, maintain IV/contrast competency, assist with clerical duties, and maintain required certifications and licensure.

Provides respiratory care services including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of respiratory treatments. Communicates with patients and care teams, performs preceptor duties, accepts reassignment, and coordinates workflow. Assists with orientation and daily department operations and ensures understanding of disease processes, interventions, and discharge instructions.

Utilizes evidence-based standards and participates in quality and safety initiatives. Provides leadership, supervision, training, and mentorship to LSW staff.
