Perform diagnostic radiographic exams, operate PACS and EMR systems, maintain IV/contrast competency, follow radiation safety protocols, provide patient care and communication, clean and stock imaging rooms and equipment.

Provide professional nursing care: assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, document accurately, educate patients/families, supervise LPN/unlicensed staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, complete required competencies and float to other units as needed.

Collect, organize, and analyze system-wide hospital and medical staff performance data; identify quality issues and support findings with data; extract and submit clinical quality measures and core measure data; manage MBSCR training, certification, data collection, submission, and reporting; meet reporting deadlines and collaborate with surgical and leadership teams.
