Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the VP/Chief, including scheduling, correspondence, presentation preparation, budget assistance, financial monitoring, and coordination of executive reporting and meetings to help achieve strategic goals.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound and vascular studies per established protocols, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance. Uses PACS/EMR/Merge, maintains equipment and exam rooms, performs IV/contrast competency where required, and maintains required certifications (RDMS/RVT/ARRT, BLS). May perform radiography and support cardiovascular or breast imaging specialties as specified.

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams, operate PACS and EMR, maintain IV/contrast competency, follow radiation protection protocols, communicate with care team, clean and stock imaging rooms, and inspect departmental equipment while delivering patient care and customer service.
