• Responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of clerical support, to the VP/Chief, essential to efficient organization of assigned departments

Role Specific Responsibilities
o Provides administrative support to member of the Executive Team, Coordinates administrative support services and functions for staff.
o Assists in the preparation of and maintenance of department budgets and participates in the day-to-day fiscal decisions of the department.
o Assist executive in achieving strategic goals
o Assist executive in development, monitoring and analysis of financial performance
o Provides executive with presentation materials
o Coordinates executives reporting requirements
o Prepares executives correspondence
o Assist with executives scheduling and meeting documentation
o Prepares executive correspondence
