Own and maintain the company NAV model, lead quarterly refreshes and ad hoc valuation analyses, and produce executive-ready reporting for senior leadership and a private equity sponsor. Translate operating, regulatory, commodity, financing, and growth assumptions into valuation impacts; support financing and M&A analyses and partner cross-functionally to ensure model accuracy. Monitor industry, market, and regulatory developments and build dashboards and presentations to communicate risks, sensitivities, and strategic recommendations.

Lead QA for construction and operations by supervising QA staff, directing audits and compliance reviews, coordinating with internal teams and contractors, implementing QA policies and training, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and identifying process improvements to reduce risk and improve performance.

Lead commercial strategy for a food waste-to-RNG facility: secure and manage feedstock supply and digestate off‑take, negotiate contracts, coordinate commissioning and ramp-up, optimize logistics and operations, develop team, ensure EHS compliance, and report performance to senior leadership.

Develop and maintain relationships with major commercial and industrial accounts to sell natural gas and related technologies (CNG, CHP, turbines, boilers). Identify and close sales opportunities, meet revenue targets, provide technical guidance, interpret tariffs and engineering plans, partner with vendors, and support operations and senior management with industry expertise.

Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns, quarterly estimated payments, tax provisions (ASC 740), reconciliations, and tax research. Support audits, maintain tax workpapers and depreciation schedules, provide tax data to other departments, and participate in tax planning and process improvements.

Lead credit and market risk analysis for the enterprise: evaluate counterparty creditworthiness and concentration risk; design and validate risk frameworks, models, stress tests, and scenarios; develop risk tools, reporting, and automation; provide technical oversight to analysts; influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to align credit strategies, limits, and governance.

Administer and configure Workday Financial modules and integrations (EIB, Studio, XSLT, RaaS, O4I). Translate business rules to functional requirements, lead testing and UAT, manage security/role-based access and SOX documentation, support users 24/7, and produce reports, integrations, and training materials to optimize financial processes.
