Administer and configure Workday Financial modules and integrations (EIB, Studio, XSLT, RaaS, O4I). Translate business rules to functional requirements, lead testing and UAT, manage security/role-based access and SOX documentation, support users 24/7, and produce reports, integrations, and training materials to optimize financial processes.

Supervise the SJIU Escalations team to resolve high-level customer issues, ensure compliance with NJBPU and company collections policies, manage schedules and personnel records, coach and develop staff, maintain process documentation, coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Government Affairs, executive offices), and drive operational improvements to reduce escalations and improve customer experience.

Lead commercial strategy for a food waste-to-RNG facility: secure and manage feedstock supply and digestate off‑take, negotiate contracts, coordinate commissioning and ramp-up, optimize logistics and operations, develop team, ensure EHS compliance, and report performance to senior leadership.
