Own end-to-end relationship and execution for leads from a partner bank: track and manage leads to close, coordinate internal deal teams, act as primary client liaison, build bank relationships, maintain reporting dashboards, identify and resolve process bottlenecks, and develop deep knowledge of partnership deal flow and bank processes.

Support the Chief Strategy Officer to implement and drive strategy across the business, focusing on alternative financing for South African SMMEs. Manage partner relationships with banks and funders, produce board-ready presentations and dashboards, use AI-enabled workflows and data modelling to diagnose inefficiencies, and translate strategic direction into prioritized initiatives and measurable roadmaps.

Own and scale Sourcefin's affiliate and referral programme end-to-end: strategy, recruitment, contracts, onboarding, activation, analytics, dashboards, A/B testing, optimisation, compliance with South African financial regulation, and cross-functional coordination to drive qualified applications and funded-deal growth while managing affiliate relationships and commission reconciliations.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, optimise the Breezy ATS, design competency-based screening and probation processes, run employee engagement and retention initiatives, manage background checks and contracts, and produce actionable people metrics to inform business decisions.
