Manage partner relationships with banks and funders, produce board-ready presentations and dashboards, use AI-enabled workflows and data modelling to diagnose inefficiencies, and translate strategic direction into prioritized initiatives and measurable roadmaps.

Own end-to-end relationship and execution for leads from a partner bank: track and manage leads to close, coordinate internal deal teams, act as primary client liaison, build bank relationships, maintain reporting dashboards, identify and resolve process bottlenecks, and develop deep knowledge of partnership deal flow and bank processes.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, optimise the Breezy ATS, design competency-based screening and probation processes, run employee engagement and retention initiatives, manage background checks and contracts, and produce actionable people metrics to inform business decisions.

Freelance video editors and motion designers produce long-form interviews, short-form social cuts, YouTube-packaged episodes, animated explainers, and campaign edits from monthly shoots. Projects are booked and quoted individually; work is remote and project-based with travel to shoots, events, or offices as required.
