•Monitor engagement signals across the business and escalate concerns before they become resignations.

•Support the design and execution of meaningful recognition and culture initiatives, not performative events.

•Act as a trusted first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving where possible and escalating with context where not

•Produce regular People metrics reports covering recruitment speed, quality-of-hire, retention, engagement scores, and performance completion rates.

•Present People data commercially, focused on implications for the business, not just activity updates.

•Identify trends and surface recommendations based on data rather than anecdote.
