Lead enterprise AI portfolio execution by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, governance, roadmaps, priorities, and resources. Manage program performance through risk mitigation, dependency management, executive reporting, KPI tracking, and compliance oversight. Drive organizational AI adoption and readiness through policies, communications, and responsible-use practices. The role requires 5+ years of program management or transformation experience and is based in a hybrid Tacoma or Alderwood office.

Oversee lending product and channel management, guide full-cycle product development, and create product and feature roadmaps. Partner with vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams on delivery strategies, implementation, product support, and communications. The role requires product management and technical product implementation experience, with Agile experience preferred. This is a hybrid position with occasional after-hours work.

Plan, execute, and communicate enterprise projects within established timelines and budgets. Coordinate resources, capacity, project team members, contractors, and consultants to deliver project outcomes. Define project objectives, scope, and requirements while maintaining strong execution throughout the project lifecycle. Apply Agile and/or Scrum methodologies and evaluate business implications, with potential focus on data management initiatives.

Prepare, analyze, validate, and process financial and operational data. Perform daily accounting tasks: EFT and check processing, exception handling, deposit research, and corrections across loans, accounts, general ledger, branch balancing, and shared branching. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a hybrid work environment.
