Partners with organizational leaders to improve workforce effectiveness, retention, engagement, compensation, and team performance. Leads HR initiatives and change management, supports employee experience programs, and handles employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, and employment guidance. Requires progressive HR experience, compensation expertise, workplace investigation experience, and PHR or SHRM-CP certification.

Oversee lending product and channel management, guide full-cycle product development, and create product and feature roadmaps. Partner with vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams on delivery strategies, implementation, product support, and communications. The role requires product management and technical product implementation experience, with Agile experience preferred. This is a hybrid position with occasional after-hours work.

Plan, execute, and communicate enterprise projects within established timelines and budgets. Coordinate resources, capacity, project team members, contractors, and consultants to deliver project outcomes. Define project objectives, scope, and requirements while maintaining strong execution throughout the project lifecycle. Apply Agile and/or Scrum methodologies and evaluate business implications, with potential focus on data management initiatives.
