Plan, execute, and communicate enterprise projects within established timelines and budgets. Coordinate resources, capacity, project team members, contractors, and consultants to deliver project outcomes. Define project objectives, scope, and requirements while maintaining strong execution throughout the project lifecycle. Apply Agile and/or Scrum methodologies and evaluate business implications, with potential focus on data management initiatives.

Prepare, analyze, validate, and process financial and operational data. Perform daily accounting tasks: EFT and check processing, exception handling, deposit research, and corrections across loans, accounts, general ledger, branch balancing, and shared branching. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a hybrid work environment.

Manage workplace programs (coffee/food service, parking, space planning, Clean Buildings Act compliance). Develop standards, vendor oversight, stakeholder communications, and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and playbooks to support a hybrid corporate office environment.
