Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $102,000 – $127,500, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $102,000 – $153,000.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive organizational effectiveness by analyzing workforce trends, supporting compensation philosophy, and recommending strategies to improve retention, engagement, and team performance.
  • Lead and support HR initiatives, change management efforts, and people programs that enhance employee experience.
  • Partner with leaders to resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on performance management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the Human Resources field required.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations, advising leaders on employment matters, and compensation management required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.

In addition:

  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.


Our Hours:

A hybrid schedule Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM.

This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.

In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
