Leads the ELMS contract supporting USSOCOM Headquarters, with responsibility for contract performance, logistics operations, workforce management, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, risk mitigation, customer engagement, and executive reporting. Oversees inventory and property accountability, systems management, transitions, process improvements, subcontractors, and compliance with Department of Defense requirements. Serves as the primary liaison to USSOCOM leadership and manages a cleared, geographically dispersed logistics workforce.

Analyzes inventory, supply chain, performance, and operational data; creates executive reports and visualizations; troubleshoots information systems; supports data integration, testing, process improvement, SOP development, and strategic decision-making for AMLC leadership.

Provides medical logistics and analytical support to Army Medical Logistics Command operations. Provides federal procurement and acquisition support for Army medical logistics missions. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, conducting market research, identifying sourcing solutions, preparing acquisition documentation, developing procurement reports and dashboards, analyzing spending and delivery trends, coordinating with logistics and contracting stakeholders, ensuring FAR, DFARS, DoD, and Army policy compliance, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements.

Leads administrative operations supporting Army medical logistics and force projection programs. Supervises administrative staff, coordinates executive support, meetings, travel, calendars, taskers, correspondence, and records. Oversees data tracking, databases, reports, dashboards, and documentation quality control. Develops process improvements, supports readiness initiatives and mission planning, and coordinates with government leadership, internal divisions, external organizations, and mission stakeholders.

Provides Army Sustainment doctrine expertise, training, coaching, and mission command support to Army National Guard units from battalion through division. Designs and conducts collective training events, exercises, workshops, and command post proficiency training; develops sustainment plans, orders, scenarios, MSEL injects, and training materials; supports live, virtual, and constructive exercises; and advises commanders and staffs through planning, execution, assessment, and after-action reviews.

Maintains, inspects, troubleshoots, assembles, and disassembles foreign and domestic small arms and crew-served weapons. Performs minor repairs using gunsmithing tools and limited machinery, follows shop safety procedures, and supports inventory management, work orders, records, and reports. Requires the ability to work independently or collaboratively at Fort Stewart, including flexible hours, weekends, evenings, and overtime.

Manage government property accountability and supply levels using GCSS-Marine Corps and other databases, perform supply audits, input and maintain data, support PM LAV civilian and military logistics specialists, and execute inventory-related tasks including occasional travel.

Manage payroll accounting, labor compliance, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations for a government contracting environment. Ensure FAR/DFARS/CAS compliance, support DCMA/DCAA audits, maintain indirect cost integrity, and improve payroll and close processes while collaborating with HR, Contracts, and Program Management.

Lead and manage the Quality Management Program for Navy medical logistics, ensuring QMS implementation, compliance with DoD/Navy regulations, audits, KPI reporting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement across warehouse, maintenance, inventory, and production operations.

Perform inventory control and equipment readiness for assigned units: research and identify parts and sources of supply, interpret technical/logistics documents, coordinate engineering reviews and agency interactions (DLA, Services), manage 339 case updates in CATALYST and SAP, and support depot/high-priority part actions.

Lead disposition and sustainment of medical materiel and government property, ensuring accountability and compliant processing using military logistics systems (DMLSS, DPAS, HIMS). Coordinate with supply, warehouse, maintenance, and DLA to support readiness, reutilization, hazardous materials handling, inventories, audits, and process improvements.
