Oversee and enforce safety programs for medical logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, HAZMAT handling, PPE compliance, inspections, incident investigations, training, and audits to ensure DoD, OSHA, DOT, and contract regulatory compliance and maintain mission readiness.

Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable software and Microsoft SQL Server databases for mission-critical DoD logistics and sustainment systems. Optimize queries and performance, troubleshoot defects, produce documentation, and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and SDLC standards while collaborating with engineers, administrators, cybersecurity staff, and government stakeholders.

Lead design, build, operation, and sustainment of a closed-network cyber range for USSOCOM. Manage infrastructure, scenario development, exercise execution, accreditation, vulnerability management, and automation. Serve as primary technical POC, mentor staff, coordinate stakeholders, and evaluate new range technologies to support training and evaluation requirements.

Manage payroll accounting, labor compliance, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations for a government contracting environment. Perform inventory control and equipment readiness for assigned units: research and identify parts and sources of supply, interpret technical/logistics documents, coordinate engineering reviews and agency interactions (DLA, Services), manage 339 case updates in CATALYST and SAP, and support depot/high-priority part actions.

Lead disposition and sustainment of medical materiel and government property, ensuring accountability and compliant processing using military logistics systems (DMLSS, DPAS, HIMS). Coordinate with supply, warehouse, maintenance, and DLA to support readiness, reutilization, hazardous materials handling, inventories, audits, and process improvements.

Prepare MITR and DD-form documentation, maintain weekly/monthly inventory and container tracking, coordinate forecasting (Hypergol/KPLSS), generate post-launch assessments and system reviews, and update fluids-related program documentation to support launch readiness.

Oversee quality control for medical logistics warehouse operations using DMLSS/HIMS; perform inspections, tests, KPI monitoring, reports, and corrective actions; coordinate with inventory, receiving, kitting, maintenance, production, and engineering to ensure compliance with SOPs and DoD/Navy guidance.

Lead design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot complex enterprise network architectures (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Ensure DoD/NIST compliance, mentor team members, manage vendor escalations, create documentation/diagrams, and maintain 24/7 network stability and disaster recovery readiness.

Manage federal contract lifecycle from pre-award through closeout: prepare and negotiate contracts and modifications, ensure compliance with regulations, track invoices and modifications, support proposals, coordinate with government and internal stakeholders, and travel ~20% as needed.
