Manage a portfolio of logistics support services for U.S. Coast Guard training facilities across multiple states. Oversee transportation, property, warehousing, lodging, and armory support; ensure budget, schedule, staffing, and deliverables meet contract requirements; hire and evaluate staff; monitor projects and project managers; serve as primary stakeholder contact. Role is contingent on contract award and requires government contract experience.

Provide executive-level administrative and office management support for Navy Medical Readiness Logistic Command. Manage budgeting/personnel records/payroll tasks, prepare research and briefing materials, handle communications, maintain organization, and support leadership. Minimal travel; must hold valid driver's license and strong MS Office skills.

Lead payroll accounting, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations in a government contracting environment. Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR/DFARS, and CAS; support DCMA/DCAA audits, incurred cost submissions, indirect rate calculations, and billing. Oversee payroll posting, labor distribution, reconciliations, ERP/HRIS integrations (e.g., Paycom, Unanet), maintain audit-ready documentation, and mentor payroll and budget staff to improve controls and close processes.

Manage and improve logistics processes to ensure efficient flow of goods and information. Maintain logistics records per DoD regs, enter and analyze data, support weapon system maintenance IAW USASOC/SOCOM/TMs, perform inspections, research transaction errors, build customer relationships, and provide LAR-like support as needed.

Lead design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot complex enterprise network architectures (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Ensure DoD/NIST compliance, mentor team members, manage vendor escalations, create documentation/diagrams, and maintain 24/7 network stability and disaster recovery readiness.

Manage contract performance for medical logistics and warehouse operations, overseeing medical assemblage pre-production/sustainment, inventory, and biomedical equipment technical operations. Ensure safety and contractual compliance, lead personnel, manage subcontractors, track KPIs, coordinate maintenance and logistics, handle hiring/onboarding/training, and maintain client communication to achieve mission success and customer satisfaction.

Manage federal contract lifecycle from pre-award through closeout: prepare and negotiate contracts and modifications, ensure compliance with regulations, track invoices and modifications, support proposals, coordinate with government and internal stakeholders, and travel ~20% as needed.

Provide administrative and office management support to the Navy Medical Logistics Command CEES/CESE team. Maintain Hazmat records and Safety Data Sheets, track inventory and equipment using DMLSS and HIMS, prepare briefings and presentations, follow SOPs, and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving items. Serve as primary secretary to director and staff, ensuring accurate communication and office compliance.

Oversee quality control for medical logistics warehouse operations using DMLSS/HIMS; perform inspections, tests, KPI monitoring, reports, and corrective actions; coordinate with inventory, receiving, kitting, maintenance, production, and engineering to ensure compliance with SOPs and DoD/Navy guidance.
