Manage propellant inventory and reporting for DFSP operations in compliance with DLA requirements. Lead disposition and sustainment of medical materiel and government property, ensuring accountability and compliant processing using military logistics systems (DMLSS, DPAS, HIMS). Coordinate with supply, warehouse, maintenance, and DLA to support readiness, reutilization, hazardous materials handling, inventories, audits, and process improvements.

Support and enforce safety programs across medical logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, HAZMAT handling, and equipment operations. Conduct inspections, assist investigations, maintain SDS and safety logs, deliver and track safety training and certifications, enforce PPE use, and support audits and corrective actions to ensure DoD, OSHA, DOT, and contract compliance.

Oversee quality control for medical logistics warehouse operations using DMLSS/HIMS; perform inspections, tests, KPI monitoring, reports, and corrective actions; coordinate with inventory, receiving, kitting, maintenance, production, and engineering to ensure compliance with SOPs and DoD/Navy guidance.

Lead design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot complex enterprise network architectures (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers). Ensure DoD/NIST compliance, mentor team members, manage vendor escalations, create documentation/diagrams, and maintain 24/7 network stability and disaster recovery readiness.

Manage federal contract lifecycle from pre-award through closeout: prepare and negotiate contracts and modifications, ensure compliance with regulations, track invoices and modifications, support proposals, coordinate with government and internal stakeholders, and travel ~20% as needed.

Manage payroll accounting, labor compliance, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations for a government contracting environment. Ensure FAR/DFARS/CAS compliance, support DCMA/DCAA audits, maintain indirect cost integrity, and improve payroll and close processes while collaborating with HR, Contracts, and Program Management.
