Lead complex federal logistics and operational programs, managing cost, schedule, quality, risks, contractual compliance, and performance. Oversee program execution from transition through closure, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, deliver accurate contract requirements, and drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Leads USSOCOM’s ELMS and DPAS Inventory Control Point operations, overseeing item management, inventory accountability, supply-chain integration, logistics data migration, audit readiness, and lifecycle sustainment. Develops policies, monitors performance, prepares executive reporting, coordinates with government and operational stakeholders, and leads logistics modernization and process-improvement initiatives. Provides subject matter expertise, team leadership, mentoring, and compliance oversight across enterprise logistics operations.

Leads the ELMS contract supporting USSOCOM Headquarters, with responsibility for contract performance, logistics operations, workforce management, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, risk mitigation, customer engagement, and executive reporting. Oversees inventory and property accountability, systems management, transitions, process improvements, subcontractors, and compliance with Department of Defense requirements. Serves as the primary liaison to USSOCOM leadership and manages a cleared, geographically dispersed logistics workforce.
