Oversee and enforce safety programs for medical logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, HAZMAT handling, PPE compliance, inspections, incident investigations, training, and audits to ensure DoD, OSHA, DOT, and contract regulatory compliance and maintain mission readiness.

Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable software and Microsoft SQL Server databases for mission-critical DoD logistics and sustainment systems. Optimize queries and performance, troubleshoot defects, produce documentation, and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and SDLC standards while collaborating with engineers, administrators, cybersecurity staff, and government stakeholders.

Perform forensic triage, acquisition, and technical exploitation of mobile devices, computers, and digital media; recover and analyze artifacts; produce timely forensic reports and analytic context; maintain chain of custody and forensic toolsets; support deployed operations and provide training and technical guidance.
