Leads a clean-energy joint venture with full P&L accountability, owning commercial growth, partnerships, customer acquisition, pricing, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and digital product delivery. The role governs requirements, change control, testing, acceptance, stakeholder alignment, and board reporting while scaling EV charging and residential solar solutions across Malaysia and regional markets.

The role requires strong commercial sales, communication, presentation, partnership-building, adaptability, and customer relationship management skills.

Designs DC and AC electrical systems for solar PV projects, prepares tender, construction, shop, and as-built drawings, reviews specifications, coordinates drawing submissions, maintains CAD standards and revision systems, performs PV simulations using specialized software, and creates 3D models. The role requires an Electrical Engineering degree, EPC project familiarity, strong CAD skills, communication, leadership, organization, independence, and attention to detail.

Provides administrative and coordination support for business development, including drafting agreements, proposals, quotations, tenders, and client materials. Maintains document trackers, version control, archives, SharePoint records, submission schedules, and approval checklists. Coordinates with internal departments, clients, and partners to gather information, follow up on deadlines, prepare committee materials, and support project handovers. Maintains CRM tender records, tracks project pipelines, prepares management reports, coordinates client enquiries, and supports proposal, budgeting, feasibility, and final submission activities.

Conduct internal audits across operations, engineering, procurement, construction, and project sites in Malaysia. Assess internal controls, compliance, and operational processes; gather evidence; document working papers; and prepare reports and presentations for management. Track corrective actions, support SOP and process improvements, perform special audits and investigations, and verify control effectiveness through on-site fieldwork.

Design, build, and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and external customer/partner applications. Develop backend services, APIs, and UI, integrate third-party platforms, and ensure code quality, testing, and basic application security and data privacy.

Lead market development and sales for Solar Rooftop C&I, BESS, and clean technologies. Build C-suite relationships, run commercial and marketing campaigns, analyze sales performance, and use industry insight to drive customer strategies and growth. Make high-level decisions, collaborate with internal teams, and promote sustainable, customer-focused solutions.
