Provides administrative and document-control support for regional operations and maintenance activities. Maintains records, checklists, reports, service tickets, work orders, procurement and invoice documentation. Coordinates subcontractor, warranty, insurance, training, inventory, calibration, vehicle, and audit records. Requires strong organization, filing, follow-up, communication, and basic Microsoft Office skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a valid driving license and willingness to travel are required.

Responsibilities
- Support regional O&M document control
- Maintain O&M documents, checklists and records.
- Track and compile PM, PC and CM reports.
- Follow up service tickets, SLA and overdue documentation.
- Assist with WO, PR, PO, invoice, DO and DN documentation and follow-up.
- Coordinate subcontractor reports, JMS and invoice documentation.
- Coordinate documentation and records for warranty and insurance claims.
- Assist with inventory checking and audits.
- Track equipment calibration and repair status.
- Maintain training and competency records.
- Maintain O&M vehicle records and servicing schedules.
- Support document preparation for internal and external audits.
- Perform other O&M administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Administration, Business Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
- Good documentation, filing and record-keeping skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Willing to learn O&M processes and technical documentation.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.
- Experience in administration, document control, procurement or operations support is an advantage.
