Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for technical, commercial, corporate, and leadership hiring. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, hiring standards, and recruitment priorities. Manage critical and specialist searches, build talent pipelines, improve scalable recruitment processes, coach junior recruiters, and oversee candidate engagement, negotiation, and onboarding handoff across multiple requisitions.

Lead business development for large-scale renewable energy projects (solar, BESS, PPAs). Identify and qualify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, manage full sales cycle, prepare financial models and proposals, negotiate contracts, represent company in industry forums, and mentor junior BD staff to drive revenue growth.
