Manage full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, audits, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and statutory filings. Oversee payroll-related payments and employee statutory submissions, including insurance and personal income tax. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, legal teams, and other stakeholders while improving financial controls and processes.

Leads a clean-energy joint venture with full P&L accountability, owning commercial growth, partnerships, customer acquisition, pricing, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and digital product delivery. The role governs requirements, change control, testing, acceptance, stakeholder alignment, and board reporting while scaling EV charging and residential solar solutions across Malaysia and regional markets.

Provides administrative and document-control support for regional operations and maintenance activities. Maintains records, checklists, reports, service tickets, work orders, procurement and invoice documentation. Coordinates subcontractor, warranty, insurance, training, inventory, calibration, vehicle, and audit records. Requires strong organization, filing, follow-up, communication, and basic Microsoft Office skills.
