- Help maintain the CRM system by updating tender progress, client interactions, and records of submitted bids.
- Support tracking of the project tender pipeline to help monitor upcoming opportunities and department targets.
- Assist in preparing status reports for management, covering submission milestones and pipeline updates.
- Help coordinate responses to special project enquiries from clients, consultants, or external parties, even outside formal tenders.
- Assist in gathering technical and commercial information to support preliminary proposals, budget estimates, or feasibility responses.
- Help ensure enquiries are logged, tracked, and followed up within the CRM system
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, CRM and ERP System.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Process-oriented and improving processes to maximize efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear internal updates and professional customer interaction.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to maintain prompt and professional responsiveness to clients, partners and internal teams.
- A driven individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Possess valid car driving license and able to travel
