Leads electrical engineering and project execution for gas turbine power plants, BESS, and hybrid generation systems. Oversees designs, power system studies, equipment specifications, vendor coordination, commissioning support, grid interconnection, compliance, risk mitigation, and technical customer engagement. Mentors engineers and leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable projects on schedule and within budget.

Designs, configures, integrates, commissions, and supports SCADA, HMI, DCS, PLC, and microgrid automation systems. Develops Ignition applications, scripts, SQL queries, alarms, dashboards, and control logic; integrates industrial devices and communication protocols; supports FAT, SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, contractor coordination, operator training, and post-commissioning improvements for utility-scale and industrial power plants.

Develop predictive and statistical models to forecast turbine downtime, detect anomalies, and identify equipment degradation. Build P&L and operational dashboards, structure SCADA and maintenance data, classify outage events, support root-cause analysis, and recommend reliability improvements. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and asset management while communicating insights to technical and executive stakeholders.

Manage a remote islanded microgrid power plant with combustion turbines, BESS, and balance-of-plant systems. Oversee reliable generation, load dispatch, grid stability, maintenance, outages, safety, regulatory compliance, budgets, reporting, and personnel leadership. Lead 24/7 staffing, emergency and black-start response, environmental compliance, reliability initiatives, vendor relationships, and long-term asset planning. Build a strong safety culture across operations and maintenance teams while ensuring adherence to OSHA, NFPA, electrical safety, fire, and emissions requirements.

Leads safe, reliable operation of a remote islanded microgrid powered by combustion turbines and battery storage. Oversees dispatch, generation scheduling, grid stability, maintenance programs, outage planning, regulatory compliance, budgets, staffing, and emergency response. Builds a strong safety culture, manages operators and technicians, tracks reliability and safety performance, maintains vendor relationships, and leads efficiency, capital planning, and technology upgrade initiatives.

Lead QHSE and safety initiatives for a mobile power generation business. Develop safety strategies, conduct risk assessments, ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, oversee training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations, and manage corrective actions. Partner with operations, technicians, supervisors, contractors, and external agencies to support safe equipment deployment, operation, maintenance, fuel handling, and emergency response. Mentor safety personnel, track compliance metrics, maintain records, and promote continuous safety improvement across on-site projects.

Supports SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports; prepares Form 4 filings, technical accounting workpapers, consolidations, cash flow statements, and earnings release schedules. Coordinates audit support, researches accounting and disclosure issues, assists with internal controls, and improves SEC reporting processes. The role requires collaboration with auditors and management while managing multiple deadlines in a publicly traded company.

Designs, integrates, commissions, and supports automation, SCADA, DCS, and EMS systems for utility-scale power generation and microgrid plants. Coordinates with EPC contractors, integrators, OEMs, and operations teams; develops control architectures and documentation; leads FAT, SAT, and field commissioning; troubleshoots turbine, communications, and control issues; supports protective relay integration, cybersecurity improvements, and junior engineer mentorship.

Manage compensation and equity programs, including salary structures, job architecture, market benchmarking, survey participation, annual planning, executive compensation support, SEC disclosures, equity administration, audits, and HRIS data integrity. Partner with HR leaders, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to provide compensation guidance, maintain accurate records, support grants and vesting, and communicate compensation and equity concepts to employees and managers.

Supports regional energy infrastructure projects by implementing quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems. Responsibilities include conducting inspections and audits, tracking QHSE statistics and KPIs, investigating incidents, coaching employees, delivering training and safety meetings, maintaining safety equipment and supplies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving safety culture. The role requires extensive field travel, 24-hour availability, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, electrical equipment, power generation, and natural gas pipeline systems.
