The role collaborates with field teams, engineers, and management to maintain secure, reliable, redundant, and highly available IT operations.

Coordinates documentation, reporting, milestone tracking, and communications across multiple technology projects. Creates project plans, procedures, meeting records, risk logs, status reports, training materials, and end-user communications. Tracks training completion and project deliverables while partnering with project leads and subject matter experts to maintain accurate information and support adoption of new systems and processes.

Leads corporate affairs and communications as an executive advisor to the CEOs. Owns corporate narrative, reputation management, crisis communications, issues management, internal communications, marketing alignment, stakeholder engagement, and public/media relations. Owns Solaris’s NetSuite platform across international subsidiaries, finance, CRM, integrations, compliance, and system delivery. Responsibilities include OneWorld administration, multi-currency and intercompany processes, financial modules, CRM workflows, reporting, roles and permissions, SOX controls, release management, partner oversight, entity implementations, user support, and end-user training.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting logistics, document preparation, stakeholder communication, confidential records management, onboarding support, and process improvement. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Manages daily office operations and provides administrative support to site and executive leadership. Responsibilities include purchasing, budgeting, vendor coordination, facilities issues, document control, mail and shipments, travel and meeting logistics, visitor management, customer visits, safety documentation, and leadership communications. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced power generation environment.

Coordinate high-volume HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations. Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, trackers, and reports; coordinate screenings and workflows; audit records; resolve missing information; and support payroll, benefits, HR initiatives, and process improvements. Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Develop predictive and statistical models to forecast turbine downtime, detect equipment anomalies, and improve fleet reliability. Build P&L and operational dashboards, organize SCADA and maintenance data, support root-cause analysis, and recommend predictive maintenance improvements. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and asset management while communicating findings to technical and executive stakeholders.

Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint security, backups, and Cisco Meraki networks across multiple sites. Provide hands-on infrastructure support including rack-and-stack, cabling, hardware maintenance, site build-outs, workstation provisioning, Teams Rooms setup, and disaster recovery testing. Travel up to 50% to remote data centers and operating locations, resolve escalations, maintain technical documentation, and support onboarding, offboarding, and identity access management.

Supports SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports; prepares Form 4 filings, technical accounting workpapers, consolidations, cash flow statements, and disclosures. Coordinates with auditors, researches accounting issues, assists with earnings releases, and improves reporting workflows. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 3–5 years of accounting experience, public accounting experience, Excel proficiency, and U.S. work authorization.

Leads commercial development, customer account management, origination, and full deal lifecycle execution across energy infrastructure markets. Structures and negotiates long-term agreements, evaluates opportunities, develops pricing and commercial strategy, manages customer relationships, and partners with operations, finance, and leadership to optimize asset utilization and growth.

Build and own Solaris’s AI foundation, including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, MCP servers, data pipelines, MLOps, integrations, and governance. Partner with business teams to identify use cases, deliver production-ready tools, provide AI enablement, establish responsible-use standards, and measure adoption, productivity, and ROI across energy and field-service operations.

Design and maintain secure OT networks across power-generation sites. Responsibilities include network segmentation, SDN flow policies, system hardening, secure remote access, asset inventory, vulnerability management, anomaly monitoring, incident response, audit support, security governance, and vendor reviews. The analyst partners with Engineering and IT Systems to establish an OT security program aligned with IEC 62443 and NIST CSF.

Provides functional ownership and production support for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Plant Maintenance and EAM. Responsibilities include incident resolution, maintenance planning, master data governance, SSCUI configuration, FI/CO and MM integration, enhancement backlog management, documentation, authorization reviews, training, and continuous improvement. The specialist will support Fiori applications, analytics, mobile and IoT initiatives, and collaborate directly with maintenance, plant, and operations stakeholders.

Manage compensation and equity programs, including salary structures, job architecture, market benchmarking, survey participation, annual planning, executive compensation support, SEC disclosures, equity administration, audits, and HRIS data integrity. Partner with HR leaders, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to provide compensation guidance, maintain accurate records, support grants and vesting, and communicate compensation and equity concepts to employees and managers.
