Teams at Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, LLC

Coordinate high-volume HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations. Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, trackers, and reports; coordinate screenings and workflows; audit records; resolve missing information; and support payroll, benefits, HR initiatives, and process improvements. Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Operates, inspects, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots electrical gas turbines. Monitors performance using diagnostic tools, supports turbine installation and upgrades, maintains operational records, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and provides technical support. The role also trains junior technicians and may travel to customer sites to support equipment performance.

Supports QHSE compliance across Early and Buffalo, Texas, with approximately 90% field travel. Conducts inspections, hazard identification, incident and near-miss investigations, regulatory compliance activities, safety training, meetings, and monthly performance reporting. Coaches employees on safe practices, PPE, DOT compliance, and environmental standards while supporting continuous improvement, customer meetings, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions. The role requires 24-hour availability and strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, incident investigation, and operational safety practices.
