Job DescriptionEssential Functions
- Manage the President's calendar by scheduling and prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and protecting the President's time
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and ground logistics
- Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the President and the leadership team
- Serve as a liaison between the President and senior leadership, external partners, and employees, exercising discretion with confidential and sensitive matters
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings, offsites, including agendas, materials, catering, and follow-up on action items
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests, routing them appropriately and following up as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation for the executive office, safeguarding confidential materials
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned by the President and senior leadership team
- Anticipate the needs of the President and the leadership team, proactively solving problems before they escalate
Experience/Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, ideally at the C-suite or president level
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar/travel management tools
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
