Creates B2B marketing materials, technical documentation, catalogs, social media assets, presentations, and event collateral. Maintains brand consistency, templates, version control, and global marketing guidelines while adapting materials for North American audiences. Collaborates with regional, global, sales, and marketing teams to support communications, product promotion, trade shows, and campaigns.

Partners with Sales, Operations, Services, and R&D leaders to provide financial analysis and business insights. Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, monthly reporting, variance and trend analysis, KPI tracking, pricing and product-mix analysis, manufacturing cost analytics, financial controls, and finance process improvement initiatives.

Develops sales of power switching, power conversion, UPS, and energy monitoring solutions across the Philippines. Manages distributors, system integrators, OEMs, consultants, panel builders, and end users; identifies opportunities, influences technical specifications, develops channel partnerships, manages project pipelines from specification to purchase order, supports pre-sales activities, and organizes marketing events to increase market share and revenue.

Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month- and year-end close, inventory and cost accounting, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, financial reporting, and consolidation. Improve accounting processes, support ERP automation, maintain internal controls, ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance, and assist with audits.
