Support magnetic component design, firmware and communication integration, certification, and reliability testing while managing multiple projects.

Leads North American health, safety, and environmental strategy across manufacturing, service, sales, and corporate operations. Directs site HSE teams, standardizes programs and KPIs, ensures U.S. and Canadian regulatory compliance, oversees audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions, and advances environmental sustainability initiatives. The role builds a proactive safety culture, manages electrical hazard prevention, aligns regional practices with global standards, advises executives, and supports Boston and remote employees. Domestic and international travel and after-hours critical-incident support are required.

Provide Level 1 user support for ERP projects and business applications, including migrations, enhancements, customization, reporting, and system administration. Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, manage multiple priorities, and support users across sales, supply chain, production, finance, and quality processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international manufacturing environment while delivering responsive, customer-focused support.

Manage North America compensation programs and employment‑based immigration/relocation processes. Maintain job architecture, run benchmarking and annual review cycles, administer incentive plans, coordinate visas and relocations with external counsel, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare compensation and mobility reports, and advise HR, Payroll, and Finance on technical, risk, and pay decisions.

Lead headquarters and local ERP projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, technical specifications, consultant deliverables, and go-live readiness. Serve as the local ERP subject-matter expert while overseeing incidents, service requests, user communications, trend analysis, and preventive improvements. Define and maintain ERP LN technical architecture, including integrations, customizations, interfaces, reporting, security, performance, scalability, and technical debt. Apply IT security policies and support ERP cost estimation and optimization.

Plan and schedule field service activities, assign engineers, and provide technical and operational support. Lead diagnosis and resolution of critical customer issues, coordinate project execution, oversee testing and commissioning, and manage documentation and handover. Prepare root cause analysis reports, present findings to customers, drive corrective actions, enforce safety compliance, and monitor team KPIs and improvement actions.

Process third-party, intercompany, and staff-claim payables for two Thailand entities. Reconcile intercompany transactions in HFM and SAP B1, support cash-flow and loan management, prepare VAT/WHT filings, follow up on receivables, maintain accounting records, manage bank guarantees, support audits, and complete finance assignments.

Manage full billing and collections cycle, including invoicing, payment posting, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, collections, AR reporting, month-end support, and process improvement to optimize cash flow.

Design, validate, and support electrical power-distribution systems and schematics in E-Plan for ETO/CTO projects. Produce technical documentation, test plans, and production procedures; support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, certification, and cross-functional project delivery.

Lead demand forecasting, S&OP, inventory optimization, MTS and MTO planning, backlog governance, material availability, supplier coordination, and KPI reporting. Design and improve mechanical assemblies for low-voltage apparatus (MCB/MCCB/ATS). Produce detailed drawings, specifications, risk analyses and design calculations. Support product development from concept to mass production, ensure compliance with safety/environmental requirements, and collaborate in project teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Develop and maintain distributors across the East China region, support distributor business growth, organize trainings, seminars and exhibitions, follow up projects with end users/contractors/panel makers, report to sales manager and work to achieve area sales targets.

Deliver and manage 3-phase UPS projects from scope and site survey through handover and commissioning. Prepare PQA measurements/reports, update AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with sales, customers, subcontractors and back-office teams, monitor progress, maintain project records and service database, and undertake occasional interstate travel.

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Socomec multi-BA product range (PCO-P, PCS & EE). Intervene on customer sites, provide telephone support, report activities, and relay business-relevant findings to sales management.

Lead and coordinate after-sales service team for commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics and repairs. Manage customer communication, reporting, safety compliance, parts replacement, workload planning, and escalate issues to internal teams.

Manage key accounts and distributors in high-end manufacturing for SOCOMEC low-voltage products. Drive brand awareness, spec PCS/EE portfolio into bids, develop new distributors, train partners, follow projects from end-user to panel maker, and report to KA manager to meet area sales targets.

Support and maintain production test benches and equipment, perform level-2 troubleshooting and RCA on PCBA failures, improve test processes and automation, analyze test data for quality trends, ensure compliance with specifications, and create/maintain test procedures and documentation.
