Designs, simulates, tests, and optimizes high-power power electronics systems, including UPS and energy storage converters. Responsibilities include multilevel inverter control, PCBA design, HIL testing, high-power system validation, IGBT module characterization, magnetic component design, troubleshooting, and compliance with UL, IEC, and FCC standards. The role also requires modeling with COMSOL and other simulation tools, developing test plans, and collaborating on hardware, firmware, and system integration.

Designs and develops high-power electrical systems up to 2.5 MVA for UPS, STS, PDU, and test-bay applications. Responsibilities include schematics, layouts, busbar and cable sizing, electrical calculations, component selection, BOMs, test-bay integration, high-power testing, troubleshooting, safety analysis, standards compliance, documentation, and manufacturing support.

Design, simulate, validate, and industrialize low-voltage dry-type transformers up to multi-megawatt ratings. Analyze magnetic, electrical, thermal, mechanical, insulation, acoustic, and short-circuit performance; optimize losses, materials, manufacturability, and cost; and support prototyping, testing, production release, troubleshooting, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
