Maintains company hardware, software, network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, surveillance systems, and access control systems. Supports and troubleshoots Oracle applications, trains and coordinates departmental super users, develops reports, implements new ERP functions and modules, manages third-party integrations, documents processes, and supervises application support activities. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience, Oracle Applications super-user expertise, project management certification, and business process consultation skills.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for white- and blue-collar roles, including candidate screening, interviews, assessments, applicant database maintenance, onboarding support, recruitment events, and external partner coordination. Maintain job descriptions and competency frameworks, support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives, and prepare analytical HR reports while ensuring accurate documentation and policy compliance.

Five-month paid internship for Automotive Engineering students placed in Porsche, Harley-Davidson, or Scania workshops. Interns assist technicians with diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, parts management, and workshop operations while learning diagnostic tools, reading technical documentation, and participating in problem-solving and team meetings.
