Manage end-to-end recruitment for white- and blue-collar roles, including candidate screening, interviews, assessments, applicant database maintenance, onboarding support, recruitment events, and external partner coordination. Maintain job descriptions and competency frameworks, support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives, and prepare analytical HR reports while ensuring accurate documentation and policy compliance.

Five-month paid internship for Automotive Engineering students placed in Porsche, Harley-Davidson, or Scania workshops. Interns assist technicians with diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, parts management, and workshop operations while learning diagnostic tools, reading technical documentation, and participating in problem-solving and team meetings.
