Maintains company hardware, software, network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, surveillance systems, and access control systems. Installs and configures technology, supports new branch deployments, manages IT purchasing, resolves service tickets, trains employees, applies security protections, and recommends improvements. Coordinates with internal teams to maintain reliable IT operations and resolve technical issues.

Supports and troubleshoots Oracle applications, trains and coordinates departmental super users, develops reports, implements new ERP functions and modules, manages third-party integrations, documents processes, and supervises application support activities. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience, Oracle Applications super-user expertise, project management certification, and business process consultation skills.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for white- and blue-collar roles, including candidate screening, interviews, assessments, applicant database maintenance, onboarding support, recruitment events, and external partner coordination. Maintain job descriptions and competency frameworks, support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives, and prepare analytical HR reports while ensuring accurate documentation and policy compliance.
