Prepare monthly accounting entries, FX translation, reconciliations, consolidated financial statements and investor reports. Manage cashflow, payments, tax, audit, treasury, internal controls, product costing and KPIs. Lead finance team, coordinate with local firms, support strategic planning and cost-savings initiatives.

Manage full accounts receivable cycle, invoicing, collections and bank deposits. Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow and treasury tasks, month-end/year-end closings, balance sheet schedules, fixed asset controls, and prepare management and audit reports. Supervise junior staff and collaborate with IT and external auditors for reporting and data preparation.

Oversee logistics and warehouse teams for vending machine stock replenishment and maintenance. Implement data-driven route optimization, automation, inventory control, SOPs, and predictive maintenance. Coordinate repairs, minimize downtime, analyze metrics, and report operational insights to senior management for continuous improvement.

Manage assigned client accounts, resolve inquiries and escalations, coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, customer service), prepare sales reports and analyses, support retention and upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and provide administrative support to the Business Development team.
