SmartRetail is an exciting and established AI Computer Vision (CV) & Engagement Out-of-home (EOOH) Advertising technology and data platform with operations in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan. We digitally upgrade retail journeys (retail stores, petrol stations, vending machines, kiosks etc.) and allow consumers to complete valuable advertising actions for immediate incentives, creating a win-win-win eco-system between advertisers, retailers and consumers.

ABOUT HEALTH ADDICTION
Health Addiction was founded in 2009 as a healthy vending machine operator in Hong Kong, specializing in healthy snacks and beverages. We currently own and operate over 1000 machines in Hong Kong & Singapore, including Corporate (investment banks, law firms, large corporations, hospitals) and Education (international schools, universities) clients.

Overview
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various teams by managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business Development team, including post-negotiation follow-up communications.
Assist in the preparation of reports for conducting sales and reviews with analysis
Manage assigned client accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues (including complex cases escalated by the customer service team), and maintaining strong client relationships.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across sales, operations, logistics, and customer service teams.
Coordinate delivery arrangements with the logistics team to meet customer expectations and timelines.
Support customer retention efforts by regularly checking in with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year in account management or a customer-facing role (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
Good interpersonal and communication abilities—both written and verbal.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business needs.
