Set up, optimize, analyze, and report on paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. Provide customer insights and recommendations, support client syncs, execute testing roadmaps, learn Smartly’s creative automation tools, and communicate product feedback to engineering teams.

Own backend projects and distributed systems for a high-scale creative rendering platform. Design and maintain internal and external APIs, improve infrastructure, lead technical decisions, optimize availability and performance, document services, collaborate with Product and Infrastructure teams, and mentor engineers. The role involves building Node.js and TypeScript services deployed with Kubernetes and supporting rendering workloads generating billions of images monthly.

Supports enterprise customer accounts by onboarding users, delivering training and business reviews, setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns, analyzing performance, building dashboards, troubleshooting integrations, and recommending improvements. Partners with customer success, product, and engineering teams to drive platform adoption, retention, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes across global advertising accounts.
