Manage an enterprise customer portfolio for Smartly.io’s social advertising platform, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide platform expertise and consultative guidance, build relationships with advertising partners, communicate customer needs to Sales and Product teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and improve customer success processes.

Senior Software Engineer responsible for owning end-to-end vertical slices of a creative editing platform. The role involves building high-performance frontend applications with React and TypeScript, managing complex state, optimizing canvas-based interactions, making architectural decisions, partnering with Product and UX, mentoring engineers, and independently delivering customer value. The position is hybrid, requiring work from the Helsinki office three days per week.
