Develop and implement scalable tax processes, controls, and governance frameworks. Oversee corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other international tax compliance obligations. Advise Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Management on contracts, transactions, and business initiatives; assess tax risks; coordinate external advisors; maintain audit-ready documentation; and improve the tax function through automation and standardization.

Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects (SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams), perform tenant-to-tenant and on-prem to cloud migrations, run assessments, testing, cutovers and validation, troubleshoot issues, automate tasks with PowerShell, and collaborate with project teams to deliver enterprise migrations using tools like ShareGate or AvePoint.

Design and deliver enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions (Okta/Auth0/Entra ID). Build SSO/MFA/federation, integrate AD/LDAP/Microsoft 365, migrate legacy IAM, automate provisioning/RBAC, run workshops, and support large international IAM transformation projects.

Design, implement and support Microsoft Teams Phone solutions for enterprise customers across DACH. Lead PBX-to-Teams migrations, integrate SIP/VoIP and SBCs, monitor call quality with CQD/Call Analytics, and collaborate on scalable, resilient voice architectures.

Advise DACH enterprise customers on Microsoft 365 collaboration: design and implement SharePoint Online and Teams solutions, run migrations (on‑prem and tenant‑to‑tenant), drive Teams adoption and workplace modernization, and collaborate with architects on international projects.

Support DACH customers in Microsoft 365 workplace transformations, driving Copilot adoption, building low-code Power Platform solutions, optimizing Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive collaboration, integrating Azure OpenAI and AI Builder, and leading workshops and technical design.

Design, build and deploy AI agents and end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure AI. Work with DACH customers to identify AI opportunities, translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensure security and governance, and deliver scalable automation that creates measurable business value.

Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers across the DACH region. Lead cloud migration and modernization projects, configure and optimize SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online, implement governance/security/compliance best practices, run customer workshops, and collaborate with architects and project teams.

Operate and improve enterprise backup and disaster recovery platforms (primarily Veeam). Ensure data protection via restore testing, immutable/offsite backups, and DR exercises. Troubleshoot incidents, automate tasks with PowerShell and APIs, collaborate with infrastructure teams, and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices.

Operate and improve enterprise monitoring platforms (PRTG): configure sensors, dashboards, alerts and reports; analyze monitoring data; troubleshoot incidents; automate processes with PowerShell and APIs; collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve observability and documentation.

Design, operate, and optimize Hyper-V and VMware vSphere/ESXi clusters; plan high-availability and live migrations; analyze capacity and performance for CPU, memory, storage, and network; perform maintenance, patching, upgrades, migrations and hardware refreshes; troubleshoot hypervisor-level issues; and create/maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks.

Manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN). Configure and troubleshoot Cisco devices, monitor performance, lead upgrades, analyze incidents, and act as technical contact while supporting network projects and improvements.
