Join Skaylink, part of Vodafone, and deliver Microsoft 365 migration projects for enterprise customers . You'll work hands-on with SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient migrations to the cloud.
This role is remote within Romania. If you're based in Cluj-Napoca, you can also work in a hybrid setup from our office.
What you will do
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects with a focus on SharePoint and Exchange.
- Migrate on-premises and tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 environments using industry-leading migration tools.
- Perform migration assessments, testing, cutovers, and post-migration validation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and resolve technical challenges throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Automate migration and administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality migration projects for enterprise customers.
When you fit in with us
- Mandatory requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises).
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 migration projects.
- Experience using migration tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint.
- PowerShell scripting skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong English skills. Nice to have:
- B2/C1 German skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Teams.
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-102, AZ-900 or AZ-104).
